Returns + Exchange Policies

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:  Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt for manufacturing errors/defects. Any issues or concerns with your order must be reported within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns/exchanges for custom made items or items that have been used.

Exchanges/Return Stock Items: For any exchange or return on Stock items, please email cs@grandandhumblecompany.com for authorization prior to shipping any merchandise back to G&H. All claims must be reported within 30 days of merchandise receipt and items must be returned in the original packaging and be unused. Customer will be responsible for any additional costs related to the return/exchange.

Changes/Cancellations: Once your order has been placed we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
