Q: Will Grand+Humble send an order confirmation via email?
A: Yes, so please supply an email address with your online order.

Q: How is the sales tax calculated on my order?
A: Colorado residents will need to pay sales tax.

Q: Can I find out the status of an order placed online?
A: For orders not yet shipped, please contact customer service at 866.601.3696 or via email at retail@americandownandfeather.com. For orders already shipped, you can track your order via the UPS tracking website.

Q: Can I make a change or cancel my order?

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: No, we currently do not ship outside the United States.

A: Yes, you can ship to an address other than the purchasers address.
