RETURN+Exchange Policies

 

Refunds:  A refund for the price of the product only will be issued within 30 days of receipt of your package(s).  Note: We will refund shipping charges if we've made a mistake fulfilling your order.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, please call or email your return request to: retail@americandownandfeather.com.  Return your item in its original package.  All returns will be credited back to the credit card for which they were purchased.  We are unable to accept returns after 30 days, and/or for items that have been used or soiled.
